Dress Card
Materials
Fabric, glue, wire for coat hanger, embellishments
Are you ever reluctant to throw away an old item of clothing because it has sentimental value? Make a card with it. Making little dress cards is a fabulous way to reuse, recycle or preserve something special. Lay a little piece of fabric onto a rectangle of double sided adhesive paper, then draw your dress shape and cut it out, making it sufficiently big enough to fold the edges for a neat finish. Make a tiny coat hanger from wire, then add a fabric flower, handbag or belt ... whatever inspires you. Unleash your creativity.
You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.
