This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the “Site" www.cardcouture.co.nz.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. When you send us a message through a contact form, the data is collected, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Order Information that is collected to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  In additionally, the Order Information may be use to:

  • Communicate with you;

  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared, provide you with information or advertising relating to the products or services.

Device Information is collected to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise  this Site i.e. by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of marketing and advertising campaigns etc.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can also request that any personal data be erased, with the exception of any data that must be kept for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, processing your information is necessary in order to fulfill the contract i.e. if you purchase the eBook through the Site. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, your Order Information will be maintained unless and until you ask us to delete this information. For users that register on this website (if any), the personal information they provide is stored in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

CHANGES

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
