A friend of mine recently invited a group of women away for a weekend, where we each had to bring a question that we needed an answer to, and an item we wanted to share. Oracle cards were a really popular item for sharing. Some were bundled in exquisitely embroidered pouches, others were contained in pretty boxes, and woven kete. The beautiful designs and tactile nature of the cards, combined with the mystical ritual of divining messages from the Universe can be inspiring, as well as life affirming. As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher will arrive.
The Creative Journey
Taking time to do something that brings you joy is incredibly important. It might mean slowing down, and stepping back from normal routines, or perhaps just being more present to exactly where you are.
